PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING IN CAMBERWELL

1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-One Personal Training is, as it implies, just you and a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer.

This kind of session is good if you haven’t exercised with weights before, or if its been a long time since you’ve done anything strenuous. It gives the trainer a chance to give you 100% of his focus to teaching you the correct way to stabilise your body as you lift.

Sessions can be either 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes in length.

Pricing from as little as $45 per session

2-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Two-on-One Personal Training is, as it implies, just you, one other person and a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer.

This kind of session is good if you if you have a friend with similar fitness and strength levels so you can work together and push each other hard. Its also a good way to share the costs of a session and save money. Two-on-One sessions are exactly the same price as One-on-One sessions just shared between the two of you.

Sessions can be either 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes in length.

Pricing from as little as $22.50 per session.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Small Group Personal Training is the ultimate in cost effective and team building options when it comes to Personal Training.

These group sessions are limited to 5 people and you are likely to encounter Bodyweight (Primal) exercises, Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Lifting (Deadlift, Squat, Benchpress), Kettlebells, High Intensity Interval Training, Boxing, Rowing and Primal Movement Patterning.

All Small Group Personal Training sessions are 30 minutes in length and include a Warmup / Mobility component, HIIT Workout and Cool down with Stretches / Foam Rolling / Mobility.

Pricing is $15 per session.
