Since becoming a personal trainer in 2008, Troy has delivered more than 5,000 hours of 1-on-1 personal training sessions to hundreds of clients all with different abilities and goals. He has completed additional courses in Yoga, Olympic lifting and Kettlebell training and continues to update his knowledge by attending regular courses. He has the following qualifications;

Clare has a passion for H.I.IT training and Olympic lifting. Since becoming a Personal Trainer she has focused on strength training for women to assist them in achieving optimal performance.

Personal Trainer | Pilates Instructor

Sophia comes to PTC from a background in teaching dance, reformer pilates and barre. With over 8 years experience teaching jazz, hip-hop, ballet and contemporary dance, Sophia teaches a fusion of movement, pilates and strength based training that will both lengthen and tone your muscles while improving strength and mobility.
