When we are born we are given this amazing body and yet, for awhile, we cannot figure out how to use it. Our development starts with simple things, flailing arms and legs, reaching, grasping and eventually we begin to roll over, sit up, roll, rock, and then we begin to crawl and eventually walk before finally being able to run.
This progression is amazing simple and yet all of the processes involved in programming and patterning these movement patterns are incredibly sophisticated. We are guided through these movements by our instincts, motivated by our own determination (and by our parents) and guided by laws of physiology and physics.

From there we move into functional training and training for an objective, whether its our General Physical Performance Program or for specific sports performance. The potential outcomes are limited only by your mental fortitude and commitment.
Primal Training is for everyone. At its very foundation is restoring fundamental human movement, and we think everyone can benefit from that.
